The Benazir Kafalat Program is currently the largest welfare network in Pakistan, which aims to provide cash financial assistance to women belonging to poor and deserving families on a quarterly basis. Eligibility Criteria for Registration
Strict eligibility criteria have been set by the Government of Pakistan to complete the registration in Benazir Kafalat. Only those women who meet the eligibility criteria set by the government will be able to be a part of this program. So if you wish to complete your registration, then you need to meet the below eligibility criteria.
- In order to complete the registration, the applicant’s financial situation must be unstable.
- To complete the registration, the woman must be a permanent resident of Pakistan.
- The applicant woman has never traveled abroad.
- In order to complete the registration, the woman must have a computerized Pakistan identity card.
- No person in the family of the woman going to complete the registration should be residing abroad.
- The applicant woman or any person in her family should not be a government employee.
- The monthly household income of the applicant woman should be less than Rs 50,000.
- Applicants are not benefiting from other government-sponsored or social security programs.
Documents Required To Complete The Registration
Following are the documents required to complete the registration in the Kafaalat program:
- Identity card
- Family Information: Copy of Children’s Identity Cards or Form B
- Proof of income
- Proof of residence
- Mobile number registered in your name
Procedure to Complete Registration in Kafalat Program
On the special instructions of BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid, the registration process is going on across the country to include the women of 7 lakh new families in Nazir Kafal. If you also want to complete your registration perfectly, the procedure has now been made easier. Currently, more than 600 BISP registration centers have been established across the country. It should be remembered that after becoming a part of the Benazir Income Support Program, financial assistance under Benazir kafalat is provided only to the female head of the household.
