According to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, under the Shahbaz Sharif laptop scheme, the government of Pakistan will distribute laptops to talented students across the country. Eligibility Criteria

Students who are Not Eligible
- Students studying in any private-sector higher education institution are not eligible for this scheme.
- Students who are studying for any government degree and postgraduate college-affiliated colleges are also ineligible for this scheme.
- Students who have already received laptops from the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme cannot benefit from this scheme.
- Apart from students belonging to Azad Jammu and Kashmir, students who are foreign nationals are also ineligible for this scheme.
- Students holding dual citizenship cannot benefit from the scheme.
- Students who opt for any other method other than online registration will not be able to benefit from this scheme.
- Laptops will not be provided to students who cannot provide strong proof of their academic ability.
- Students who will not be able to benefit from the laptop before distribution
