- Women’s Identity Card issued by NADRA
- Child Bay Form issued by NADRA
- Immunization card of the child

Assistance received upon joining the program
If we talk about how much financial assistance will be provided to women after completing the registration, then the details are as follows:. Financial assistance of 2500 will be provided every quarter during pregnancy to pregnant women after completing the registration. And after the birth of the child, if it is a son, then 2,500 rupees will be provided quarterly, and if it is a daughter, then 3,000 rupees will be provided. And remember, this financial aid will continue to be received until the child is 2 years old. Apart from this, the government of Pakistan will provide special food to pregnant, lactating mothers and children under two years of age so that their development can be improved.
