- First, visit the nearest BISP office established in your city.
- After entering the office, go to the dynamic registration desk.
- Inform the desk staff to complete the survey registration process.
- The staff at the desk will ask you for an ID card and a child’s bay form.
- Provide your ID card and child-bay form to the staff.
- After which, the staff will issue you a token to complete the survey.
- Get the token number and visit the survey registration room.
- The data entry operator inside the survey registration room will ask you various questions containing socio-economic information.
- After completing the questions, your fingerprints will be taken for verification,
- After your fingerprints are taken, you will immediately receive an SMS from 8171 to the number you provided about the completion of the survey.

To be eligible for Benazir Kafaalat, women must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Women completing the registration must be Pakistani.
- The applicant must never have traveled abroad.
- The monthly household income of the applicant will be less than 60 thousand rupees.
- The applicant should not have more than two acres of land in his name.
- The beneficiary has not previously received money by completing his registration in any government program.
- The applicant should not be an employee of any government agency.
- No person in the applicant’s family should be residing abroad.
- The applicant must be the female head of the household.
