Benazir Kafalat Ptogram
The Benazir Kafalat Program is a welfare program launched by the Government of Pakistan to provide cash financial assistance to poor and indigent women. Currently, this program provides cash financial assistance to more than 90 lakh poor and indigent women from all over the country. This program was started in 2008 with the main objective of providing financial assistance to women whose husbands have died and who have no means of income to run the household. But with the passage of time, various changes were made within this program, and now this program is providing financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 on a quarterly basis to women from poor and deserving families across the country.

Benazir Kafalat Survey Last Date
As I mentioned above, the Kafalaat program is currently providing cash financial assistance to more than 90 lakh women on a quarterly basis. Most of these women are those who have been receiving financial assistance for two to three years. And the financial conditions of women who have been receiving financial assistance for two to three years have now improved. Because the purpose of the Kafalat program is to provide financial assistance to poor and deserving women, it is important to make sure that the women who are receiving financial assistance are eligible for it or not. And to ensure this, BISP has directed such women to complete the survey registration process again.
And now the last date for completing the survey has been announced by BISP. BISP has given a deadline to the women involved in the Kafalat program to complete the first survey registration again before June 30. Therefore, those women who are receiving financial assistance, if they have received an SMS from 8171 to complete the survey registration process again, should complete their survey registration process as soon as possible.
It has been clarified by BISP that the women who have been given a deadline of June 30 must complete the survey again. If she does not complete the survey registration process, she will be disqualified from the program and will not be able to receive further financial assistance.

Procedure for completing the survey again
For those women included in the Kafalat program who have been asked to complete the survey again by BISP, I am going to describe the complete procedure for completing the survey here. By following the mentioned procedure, such women can complete their survey again very easily. The procedure to complete the survey again is very easy; women who want to complete their survey again can visit any nearest BISP office in their city and complete their survey. Remember, the procedure for completing the survey again is exactly the same as the procedure for completing the survey for the first time. So women who wanted to know how to complete the survey again will hopefully now be able to complete their survey easily.
Documents required to complete the survey
The following documents are required to complete the survey in the sponsorship program:
- National Identity Card (CNIC)
- B-Form (if details of children are included)
- Details of family members
- Proof of Land Ownership (if any)
- Previous registration information (if any)
- Proof of residence (electricity, water or gas bill)
- Bank account details
- Mobile number
Important instructions for completing the survey
Women who are part of the sponsorship program but have not yet received any SMS from BISP to complete the survey again and want to know whether they need to complete the survey again or not so I am providing them with the complete procedure here. By following the procedure provided, such women will know whether they should complete the survey again or not.
To ascertain whether such women need to complete the survey again or not, they should visit their nearest BISP office. And after going to the office, you have to confirm your eligibility by providing your ID card number to the relevant representative there. After that, if such women need to complete the survey again, they will be informed by the representative.
Remember, if a woman does not complete her survey thinking that if she does not complete her survey, she will avoid being disqualified, then this is her misunderstanding. Remember, if a woman does not complete her survey, then even in that case, she will be disqualified.
