Benazir Kafaalat NSER Survey
The next quarterly installment of the Benazir Kafaalat program will be released in the month of September. In this regard, instructions have been issued by the Benazir Income Support Program for the beneficiaries of the Kafalat program. In the instructions issued by BISP, it has been clearly stated that such beneficiaries who have been receiving financial assistance for the last one or two years. And if they have received an SMS from BISP to complete the survey again, then complete your survey as soon as possible. In this regard, BISP has set August 30 as the last date.
Note: If beneficiaries of the Kafalat program who have received an SMS from 8171 to complete the survey again and they do not complete their survey before August 30, then they will be disqualified from the September installment.

Documents Required To Complete The Re-Survey
If you have been instructed by BISP to complete the survey again, then you will need the following documents to complete the survey:
- CNIC Card
- Mobile number
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
- Proof of monthly income
- Death certificate of husband in case of widow
- Special disability certificate in case of female disability
Remember, these are the same documents that you provided to complete the survey for the first time. BISP has not asked for any additional documents to complete the survey again, so you don’t need to face any kind of problem in this case.
Procedure For Completing The Survey Again
Beneficiaries of the Kafalat program who have been instructed by BISP to complete the survey again—here I am going to tell them about the complete procedure for completing the survey. Such beneficiaries can complete their survey as soon as possible by following this method. To complete the survey, such beneficiaries have to go to their nearest BISP tehsil office with all the necessary documents mentioned above. After going to the office, you have to get the token to complete the survey again from the representative at the registration desk. After issuing the token, the representative will ask such beneficiaries to go to the registration room. After going to the registration room, the data entry operator will ask you various questions. Remember, these will be the same questions that were asked of you when you completed the survey for the first time. After completing all the questions, the representative will confirm to you that your survey has been completed.
If your PMT score remains below 32 after completing the re-survey, your eligibility for the Kafaalat program will be maintained. And you will continue to receive financial assistance. But if your PMT score exceeds 32, according to the information collected from you during the survey, you may be disqualified from the program.

Disadvantages Of Not Completing The Survey
If you are a part of the Benazir Kafaalat program and you have been instructed by BISP to complete the survey again, But if you do not complete your survey for fear that you will be disqualified for completing it, then this is your biggest misunderstanding. Remember, if you do not complete your survey again despite receiving instructions, then you will be permanently disqualified from the program. Even if you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be considered ineligible.
