- Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
- Residence proof (copy of electricity bill or any utility bill)
- Contact Information (Mobile Number and Address)
- Any other relevant documents to prove eligibility if asked by the office

Procedure to Complete Ehsaas Kafalat Program Registration
