- Applicants applying from urban areas should own at least five marlas of land.
- Applicants applying from rural areas should own at least 10 marlas of land.
- The applicant should not be involved in any illegal activities, e.g., anti-state or anti-social activities.
- The applicant should not be in default with any bank or financial institution.
- The applicant’s household must be registered in the NSER survey. And remember, according to this survey, the applicant household must have a poverty score of 60 or less.
Procedure for Completing NSER Survey
