BISP 8171 is going to expand its scope to include families living below the poverty line in the sponsorship program. According to the latest updates released by the BISP officials, there is going to be a 29% increase in the budget of the BISP, which is big news for the families living below the poverty line. With the decision to increase the budget, now the families belonging to the poor and deserving sections will be able to become a part of the Kafaalat program by completing their registration.

BISP Budget Increases By 29%
The Benazir Income Support Program is working day and night to provide financial assistance to poor and deserving families. And to further increase the same goal, the government of Pakistan has decided to increase the number of beneficiaries of BISP to 1 crore within this financial year. Keeping thisthing in mind, new registration has also been formally started at all tehsil offices of the Benazir Income Support Program. It should be remembered that currently about 93 lakh people from poor and deserving families are benefiting from BISP, and it has been decided to increase this number to 1 crore this year. So if you have not yet completed your registration process, then this is the golden time for you to complete the registration. Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil office as soon as possible and complete your survey to be a part of the program.

How The Beneficiaries Will Benefit From This Increase?
The federal government has allocated a budget of 593 billion rupees for BISP this year, which is about 29% more than the previous budget. Due to the increase in the budget, the Benazir Income Support Program has decided to include new families in the BISP program instead of increasing the financial assistance.
