- The applicant should not have any criminal record, especially the applicant should not be involved in anti-state activities.

After filling out the citizen registration form and creating an account, go to the home page of the portal again. And click on the login button in the upper right corner. After clicking on the login button, you will be given the option to enter a username and password. Log in to your account after entering your username and password. After logging into the account, you will first get a certificate form. Where you have to confirm all the categories in the form for further eligibility.
