- Go to the nearest BISP office with your original ID card.
- As soon as you enter the office, provide your ID card and child’s bay form to the representatives at the registration desk.
- The representative will issue you a token to complete the survey after verifying your ID card and children’s Bay form.
- .Visit the survey registration room as per the token number and complete your survey, as it is a mandatory part of registration.
Important Note: There is no online registration process. You must visit the office to complete this process.
8171 Web Portal Status Update For Registered Women
Going ahead and telling you that women who have already completed their registration process can check their status online by visiting the 8171 web portal. Sometimes when such women check their status on the 8171 web portal, they see a message like “Your survey has been completed and is under review.”

But remember that only those women who meet all the eligibility criteria will be included in the list of eligible women.
