Details of assistance received upon joining the program
Pregnant women will be provided with an amount of Rs. 2500 every quarter by the Benazir Income Support Program during pregnancy. Apart from this, financial assistance of Rs. 3,000 in the case of a daughter and Rs. 2500 in the case of a son (including Rs. 500 for travel expenses) will be provided to each family after the birth of the child.
Apart from this, the development program will also provide regular health check-ups and screenings for children, including vaccination and treatment for common diseases. To avail this facility, one can avail the benefit by going to any nearby development center.
