BISP 8171: Online Registration and Necessary Documents

Registration Process

To complete the registration, the applicant has to write his ID card number from the SIM card registered in his name and send it to 8171 through SMS. After sending the SMS, a reply SMS will be received on completion of verification by BISP. A link will be provided to the applicant, if eligible, within the reply SMS. Applicants will be able to complete their registration by filling out the online form after clicking on this link.

Apart from this, BISP also has the facility of completing offline registration for those who cannot complete their online registration. After completing the registration in the Benazir Income Support Program, the applicant needs to check their eligibility. So that he or she can know whether he or she is qualified under BISP after completing the registration, the procedure is as follows:.

• First of all, open the official website of BISP with the help of your mobile device or computer.
• After opening the website, you will see a form on the screen.
• Within the form, you will be asked to enter the ID card number and captcha code displayed on the screen.
• First, enter your ID card number inside the form.
• After entering the ID card number, enter the captcha code shown in the image on the screen inside the form.
• After entering both items, press the find button at the bottom of the form.
• After a few seconds of pressing the button, complete details about your eligibility will be displayed to you.

The Benazir Income Support Program is also providing special financial assistance of RS 25,000 to the poor and deserving people who completed their registration recently. This financial assistance is being provided to people who have been affected by the recent flood disasters in the country. If you have completed your registration recently and you were affected by the recent floods in the country, you can confirm your eligibility by SMSing your ID card number to 8171. If your eligibility is confirmed within the reply SMS, you can visit any of your nearest BISP payment centers and get financial assistance of Rs 25,000.
