- Educational Qualification: To avail of the laptop scheme, male and female students must be studying in programs like Intermediate, Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D.
- Educational institution: Only those students who are studying in any government institution in Punjab will be eligible to benefit from the laptop scheme.
- Accommodation: As this laptop scheme is specially launched by the Punjab government, only male and female students of Punjab can benefit from the scheme.
- Position Holders: Such students and students who are studying in any government institution in Punjab and are position holders will be given priority in this scheme.
- Citizenship: To benefit from the laptop scheme, male and female students must be citizens of Pakistan.
