Khyber, Tor Ghar. Haripur, Peshawar, Charsadda, Mardan, Nowshera, Swabi, Mansehra, Upper Chitral, Lower Chitral, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Bajaur, Malakand, Kohistan, Butgram, Swat, Shangla, Abbottabad, Buner, and Mohmand.
District of Punjab Province
Gujranwala, Gujarat, Narowal, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Sahiwal, Okara, Pakpattan, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jehlam, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab, Bakhar, and Vahari
Districts of Sindh Province
Karachi Central, Karachi South, Karachi East, Karachi West, Korangi, Kemari, Malir, and Hyderabad
These were the districts that have been included in the first phase of releasing BISP payments; the remaining districts will be included in the second phase.
Procedure to Check Online Before Receiving BISP Payment
As I mentioned at the beginning of the article, the beneficiaries involved in the first phase can go to the payment centers and receive their money after receiving the SMS from 8171. But it often happens that many beneficiaries are not able to receive SMS from 8171 due to various reasons like network problems. In this case, how can you know whether your money has been released or not? The solution has been given by BISP. If your district is included in the first phase and you have not received the SMS yet, then you can check your amount by entering your ID card number on the official web portal of BISP.
This time, everyone’s amount was not updated at the same time on the portal. This time only the amount of the beneficiaries whose amount has been released in the first phase has been updated on the portal. So if your amount is showing on the portal, then you can go to the payment center and collect your amount.
When will the second phase of BISP payments start?
People who are part of the Benazir Kafalat Program or the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program but could not receive their payments due to not being among the districts included in the first phase want to know when the second phase will start.
