Finally, the women’s waiting hours are over. On the special instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the registration of the Kafalat program has started. Such women who belong to poor and deserving families and whose financial conditions are unstable and are suffering from poverty can easily complete their registration. Eligibility Criteria for Completing Registration

- Family Information: All the family members of the applicant should be registered with NADRA.
- Women’s leadership: Priority will be given to those women who complete the registration, are the sole breadwinners of their households, and have taken responsibility for their households.
- Permanent Residency: Women must be permanent residents of Pakistan to complete the registration.
- Other Government Assistance: Women who are already receiving financial assistance from a government program may not qualify for Benazir Kafalat after completing registration.
- Foreign Travel: Women who have ever traveled abroad in their lifetime will be considered ineligible for the program.
- Government Employment: Female registrants who are employed in any government organization will also be ineligible for this program.

Procedures for Completing the Dynamics Survey
The procedure for participating in the BISP Dynamic Survey is as follow:
- First of all, visit your nearest BISP Tehsil office.
- Find the Dynamic Survey Registration Desk in the office and stand in line.
- Give your CNIC and child’s B-form or CRC to the BISP representative at the desk.
- A BISP representative will give you a token for ‘New Survey’ or ‘Update Survey’.
- After receiving the token, go to the waiting area and wait for your number.
- When your number is called, go to the registration room.
- The data entry operator in the room will ask you questions about your financial and social status and ask you to fill out a form.
- Upon completion of the form, your thumbprint will be taken to verify the information.
- After completing the survey, you will be given a token and will also receive an SMS from 8171 confirming your participation.
How to check the eligibility after completing the survey?

Women can check their eligibility by following any one of the methods provided here. In the first method, women can check their eligibility by going to the 8171 web portal and entering their ID card number to get their eligibility information. In another way, women can get complete information by sending their ID card number, 8171, to check their eligibility.
