If such women are facing this problem at one payment center, then they should first go to any other payment center and try to get the money by verifying their fingerprints. Remember, fingerprints can be verified up to eight times on a machine to get money. If such women are facing problems getting money even after going there, then they should follow the procedure given below.

Get BISP Payment Without Biometric Verification

• First, visit your nearest Nadra office.
• After going to the NADRA office, get your fingerprints verified there.
• If your fingerprints are not verified even at the NADRA office, then follow other procedures.
• If fingerprints are not verified at the NADRA office, take any ID card holders from your home to your nearest Benazir Income Support Program tehsil office.
• After going to the Benazir Income Support office, lodge a complaint of non-receipt of money due to non-verification of fingerprints with the representative present there.
• The representative present there will submit the payment form without fingerprint verification.
• After which, your application will be submitted, and you have to wait.
• As soon as your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation of your approval through a message to 8171 or a call from the BISP office.

Guidelines for Beneficiaries in Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan

For beneficiaries belonging to Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, or Balochistan, the procedure to get money without fingerprint verification is slightly different. Such beneficiaries have to go to the nearest branch of Habib Bank with their relative and their identity card. The bank staff will pay you the approved stipend after verification. And in this way, you will be able to get your money.

Instructions for Beneficiaries belonging to KPK Gilgit Balochistan or AJK

For beneficiaries belonging to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, or Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the procedure for receiving money without fingerprint verification is different from the rest of the procedure.

Beneficiaries belonging to these areas have to go to the nearest Benazir Income Support Program office again after receiving the SMS from 8171.

The representative of Bank Al Falah will enter the identity cards of the beneficiaries into the bank’s system in the presence of the Assistant Director of the Benazir Income Support Program. And after the completion of verification by NADRA, you will receive a verification code on your registered mobile number; the rest of the code will be received by the assistant director of the Benazir Income Support Program.

When both codes are received, the bank officer will register these two codes in the bank’s system. After the verification of the system is completed, regular payments will start from Bank Al Falah.
