- A student must be over 18 years of age to complete their registration under the Bike Scheme.
- You must be a regular student at a public or private graduate college or university to complete registration.
- A student wishing to complete the registration must have a driving license or learner’s permit.

- If we talk about electric bikes, in the first phase, electric bikes will be distributed in five cities, which include Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi, and Lahore. 700 electric bikes will be distributed among male students of graduate colleges and universities in these cities, and 300 bikes will be distributed among female students.
